Bluetooth/Wi-Fi

Provides remote coverage when the Bluetooth/Wi-Fi adaptor of the device is within range of your home wifi network. You can then see your data on your phone or smart device anywhere you have internet coverage.

The Wi-Fi adaptor (which needs to be within Bluetooth range) sends data to your wifi network, which then is visible in your app account and on your phone or smart device.

The devices transmit Bluetooth messages regularly at 10-minute intervals. We have chosen this frequency to keep power consumption low. The 2 x AA batteries required to power the products using this communication method will last over a year - and we've chosen to use standard batteries to make it simple and accessible.

Since this method leverages your Wi-Fi network, there are no subscription fees.
